His responsibilities include overseeing marketing management and financial strategy, ensuring the company's growth and consumer engagement. He spearheaded the "taste initiative" at the Hyderabad factory. Babu's leadership is defined by his direct approach, fostering innovation and informed decision-making. His global connections provide access to industry trends, positioning Vicvi Cibus Foods for continued success.

He also takes care of the Purchase side of the company, as he Possess extensive knowledge in Evaluate all purchase acquisitions and purchase orders on regular basis and develop implementation strategies for all programs and provide optimal level of customer services and prepare all reports to identify cost cutting initiatives. He has experience to purchase right quality, quantity of material & supplies at responsible prices at the right time.
