Holding an MBA from Bschool and a Ph.D Scholar in Business Management, he is a hands-on leader deeply involved in all aspects of the business. His responsibilities include overseeing marketing management and financial strategy, ensuring the company's growth and consumer engagement. He spearheaded the "taste initiative" at the Hyderabad factory. Babu's leadership is defined by his direct approach, fostering innovation and informed decision-making.
